4. Appointments & Consultation Booking Guidelines

Tanvi Dental Clinic offers online appointment request facilities to provide convenience to our patients:

• Request Nature: Submitting an appointment form via the website constitutes a preliminary request. An appointment is only confirmed after our clinic staff contacts you by phone or messaging to verify availability.
• Arrival Time: Patients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their confirmed appointment slot at our clinic in Saraswati Complex, Hawai Patti, Jhunjhunu.
• Rescheduling & Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your visit, please inform the clinic at least 2 hours in advance via telephone at +91 78914 42824 so the time slot may be offered to another patient in need.
• Consultation Fees: Standard consultation and procedure fees are determined as per clinic tariff cards and will be explained clearly prior to undertaking any treatment.

5. Prohibited User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could interrupt, damage, or impair the performance, stability, or accessibility of our services. You specifically agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or abusive booking requests.
• Transmit any unsolicited promotional material or spam.
